OUR WAY OF DEALING WITH COMPREHENSIVE PROJECTS USUALLY CONSISTS OF 4 STAGES:

  • analytical phase: talks and arrangements with investors-clients, when needed also analysis and inventories, including field inventories and preparation of photo documentation, familiarization with the legal status – local development plan or development conditions, understanding of design possibilities;

  • concept phase;
  • construction phase;
  • execution phase (currently technical design).
